Our condolences to the entire De La Cruz & Espinoza family…being a classmate of Rose Marie’s in ’67 & realizing she won’t be at our 50th reunion in 2 weeks, really hits home with me…couple this with the fact that I worked with Art at CPD & also knew her father Tony, makes the sorrow more deep…I have comfort in knowing that Heaven has received a “Special Angel” to look over her family & may Rose Marie RIP & bring comfort to her loved ones…Doug & Marilyn Francoise

My heart aches for the loss of Rosie. Growing up I always admired how she carried herself and interacted with others. She was a such a beautiful woman. She had a laugh that was contagious and I could spot that laugh from a mile away. My condolences to the De La Cruz family. She will be missed.

Words can not explain how saddened I am at the passing of Rose. I was her nurse for a few years and we developed a bond that I never developed with any patient. She became more than a patient she became a love one. I always looked forward to seeing her and she never asked to be treated special. Her personality made her special. No matter how she felt she always had a bright smile for me and asked me how I was doing and what was new with me. She treated me like a daughter and I thought of her like a mother. Rose you will always be dear to my heart and because of this love I will always hold her family in my heart. My condolences to the family and just know I am here. Mr De La Cruz thank you for sharing memories with me and allowing me to know her better. Jena your mother brought us together at the right time and you will always be my friend. Rose I love you and know I will see that pretty smile again.

Our hearts have been deeply saddened with the passing of Rosie. Rosie and Art have been very dear friends of ours for many years and we always felt like family every time we were with the DeLaCruz family. We will always remember Rosie as a wonderful lady who cared deeply about her family and friends. We have certainly been blessed to have been a part of Rosie’s life and to have Rosie as part of our life. We have also been blessed to see the growth and accomplishments of Donald and Jena which we know both Rosie and Art are extremely proud of. We will always remember Rosie’s smile, caring and infectious laugh.

Donald and Jena…we loved your mom greatly and will always remember the great times we had with her, your dad and you. May God continue to look over you and may memories of fun, laughter and joy with your mom give you comfort forever.

There are simply no words that explain the feeling of loss. Forever we will hold the memory of a million dollar smile, an infectious laugh and a ‘can-do’ attitude. Rose enjoyed a love of life, a love of family and the pursuit of fun. You will be missed.

I’ve had Rosie in my prayers and thoughts ever since Art and Regena called that night to let me know about our dear Rosie. She was so special to all of us. I for one will miss that smile and laughter. Even when she was in pain, she had a smile. I feel blessed to have her friendship and love. She will always be in my heart and I will never forget my dear friend. God bless all the family, and I send all my love.
