Armando Garcia

Age 70 years old, longtime resident of Los Angeles County. Entered Into Eternal Rest during the evening hours of Tuesday, August 4, 2020, after failing health and hospitalization. He was born on May 7, 1950, in Brawley, California, the beloved son to his parents Johnnie and Socorro Garcia. Following high school, Armando went on to proudly serve his Country by enlisting in the United States Army. Upon his Honorable Discharge, he went on to work in the Pharmaceuticals industry for 20 years before his retirement. He is survived by his adored wife Alice, his children, nieces, nephews, cousins and countless others who knew and loved him. He will be forever missed.


Shelter service with full Military Honors will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at 11:45AM. Riverside National Cemetery. 22495 Van Buren Blvd. Riverside, CA.

    The most amazing laugh. A deep love for his family. If he called you friend he called you family. He was surrounded by music. I am privileged to have called him my father in love. You are love and missed already.
