Leo and I taught side by side for many good years at Riverside Poly High School (in the Hospitality Academy) and at Riverside Adult School. He was an excellent teacher, but more importantly was a caring and concerned man who often reached out to students which was above and beyond his required duties: he cared about them, comforted them and even fed them when they were hungry. He had a quick wit and a sly smile that could disarm even the most stubborn teenaged learners. He adored his family and would do anything for his girls.

I am proud to say I knew Leo Caudill, whom I will always consider to be my brother … on this earth and on the other side.
